The Famously Hot Pink Half Marathon, 5K and 10K are faster-paced ways to enjoy all the fun! Whether you’re an experienced racer or this is your first time pinning on a bib, you’re sure to have a blast maneuvering our course (and the hills!) and helping beat breast cancer in the Midlands. The Famously Hot Pink Half Marathon, 5K and 10K are Saturday, Oct. 14, at Spirit Communications Park.
The half marathon is walker-friendly. There will be a time limit of 3.5 hours (approximately 16 minutes/mile) for the half marathon in an effort to open the course back up to the community. Strictly Running would like walkers to cross the finish line by 10:45 a.m. (three hours from the start time of 7:15 a.m.) in order to receive a half marathon finisher’s medal.
